How to connect Loox with Greenspark?
To connect Loox with Greenspark, you will need two details from your Loox account:
- Public Store ID
- Secret API Key
These allow Greenspark to connect securely with Loox and trigger impact when reviews are submitted.
1. Open Loox in Shopify
From your Shopify admin, go to: Apps → Loox Reviews → Settings
Then open the API keys tab.
2. Copy your Public Store ID
In the API keys section, you will see a field called Your store ID.
Click the copy icon next to the field and save this value. You will need to paste it into your Greenspark account.
3. Generate a Secret API Key
Under Manage API keys, click Generate API key.
Give the key a clear name, for example: Greenspark
Once created, copy the Secret API Key.
4. Add the details to Greenspark
In your Greenspark account, go to the Loox integration setup page and paste in:
- Your Loox Public Store ID
- Your Loox Secret API Key
Then click Connect or Save and your integration is ready to be used in your impact automations!
Troubleshooting
If the integration does not connect, please check that:
- The Store ID was copied from the API keys tab in Loox
- The API key is active and has not been revoked
- There are no extra spaces before or after the copied values
- You are using a Secret API Key, not a webhook endpoint
