Loyalty Rewards with Stamped

In this guide we will cover how to create a rule in Stamped and where to find your Rule ID's so that you can copy them over into Greenspark during setup.

1. Creating a Rule in Stamped



Set up a new rule in your Stamped account so customers can “Redeem Points” for a "Free Product" consisting of the impact of your choice.

Within your Stamped account head to Loyalty -> Redeeming Points and click on Create New Rule



In the next step, make sure to select Free Product as your customer interaction type



Next, give your rule a descriptive name so that you can easily find it again.



Finally, set the corresponding free product from your store (eg: 1 free tree) as well as the points needed to redeem it

You will need to ensure that you have created a free product that corresponds to your impact so that customers can redeem it. Here is a guide to help you create and hide the product from your store.



2. Copying your Stamped RuleID



Once you have your rules created in Stamped, you will need to copy your RuleID to link it to the correct impact in Greenspark.

Head to Loyalty -> Redeeming Points within your Stamped account, click on the quick menu item and select `Copy Rule ID``



Now you are good to go! Just make sure to paste the correct Rule ID within the Greenspark setup wizard.
