Why Do You Require App Permissions When Integrating My Shopify Store?

App permissions are specifically required for features within the Greenspark ecosystems and for future products that are in our pipeline.

For example, we ask for customer information (name, email, etc) to enable us to create automated customer dashboards and certificates that you can generate on behalf of every customer.

We ask for access to update product pages so that you will have the ability to integrate automated on-page messaging from within your dashboard.

These permissions are only related to the activity that will take place within your Greenspark account and will never affect the normal operations of your website.
