How Do I Activate My Customer Impact Wallet?
Getting your impact wallet set-up is easy. You can find it in your Engagement Hub within your dashboard.
You can now sync your customers' impact data directly with Klaviyo to send out your own emails and dynamically add impact data to them.
Click ‘Post-Purchase Engagement’
You should then see ‘Activate Customer Dashboard’. Switch that on, and the box should go green.
Once your Customer Dashboard is active, you can completely perosnalise it. You can add your company sustainability goals, tell your customers why you joined Greenspark and design your post-purchasing messaging.
You can also add your own custom domain to ensure all emails sent from your impact wallet come from your chosen domain. You can learn how to do this here.
